CA Tony P. Koshy, FCA
The Founder, Senior Partner and Fellow Chartered Accountant with 50 + years of diverse experience in Audits, Litigations, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Incorporation, Investment advisory and Business structuring. He has experience in concurrent audits & Statutory Bank branch audits of various public sector and private sector banks. For over these years, his mission has been to render professional services of the highest standard to clients, upholding the code of conduct and ethics of the profession. He was appointed for Investigation audit by High Court of Kerala in 2002. He was in the forefront handling audits of Government companies, public sector undertakings, Public – Private Banks. He specializes in Investment advisory for clients and heads the firm’s audit practice. He served as the Secretary and Treasurer of Ernakulam Branch of ICAI for the years 1977-78. He was also felicitated by ICAI Ernakulam branch at the Golden Jubilee Day in December 2017 for his completion of meritorious 50 years in practice, which was considered as a remarkable achievement in the fraternity.
CA. Ansen P. A., ACA
Associate Chartered Accountant with professional and technical expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation, Litigations, Accounting and Audits. He was associated with the firm for more than 10 years and had been part of all major assignments. He holds certification in Concurrent audit of Banks, Goods and Service Tax and Internal Audit by ICAI. He drives the Indirect Tax practice of the firm and specializes in Tax Compliances, Direct and Indirect Tax Litigations, NRI Taxation, Tax Audits, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and Concurrent audit of Banks. He has experience in concurrent audits and Statutory Bank branch audits of various public sector and private sector banks. Academics and training are keen areas of interest. He is currently pursuing Post Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit.
CA Vidyalakshmi V., ACA
Associate Chartered Accountant with professional and technical expertise in Audits, Assurance, Taxation, Accounting and ERP Consulting. She drives the assurance and audit practice of the firm with well versed in Accounting and Auditing Standards, Internal Audit, Corporate Laws and Compliance. She holds certification in Internal Audit by ICAI. She holds expertise in computerized accounting and plays key role in design, development implementation of financial and accounting systems. Also holds experience in Statutory Bank branch audit of various public & private sector banks.
